Haven't been able to get any info on the merger between BTCS and BGL. Contacted Charles Allan from BTCS via email, we exchanged a few messages where he just basically said that he cannot provide any further comments beyond the letter they'd issued to shareholders earlier. The merger might, or might not happen.
The fact that BGL have not delivered audited financials and the fact that BTCS publicly said that's one of the main reasons the merger might not happen, doesn't look too good on BGL, in my opinion.
