20 years in mining processing , last 5 years on construction / commissioning in HSE , Isolation and Permit to Work , and now Lithium processing construction as from a signed contract today .
Plenty of people who have no idea , yet whinge at management decisions and information.
All construction is based on tenders and time frames , schedules etc.One small thing wrong upsets the whole schedule .
Always the impatient who put money before peoples safety in my opinion
