last week some genius in citigroup sent out an email about 4 million shares being available. Not wanting anyone not to know he/she sent it around the world.
As a result all the big buying dried up as buyers thought they might get stock at a discount. To make matters worse quite a few people decided to short the stock.
The 4 million just got dealt (hopefully to one entity) at $9.30. Buyers can now return and shorters can lick their wounds!!!
