It might have something to do with Novo's Comet Well POW grant - of which Artemis is not part of.

Also, Novo presented yesterday (Wednesday, -5 UTC) at the AME Roundup (Assoc for Mineral Exploration) in Vancouver, Canada. It's a week long event geared towards industry participants, but you get all sorts of professional people attending (except last year when they gave me a pass.) I don't know if a recording will be posted for the public.
