Hey mate, yeah I’ve just gone back through the announcements, and to clarify, at this stage and excluding the global distribution deal/other deals to emerge (e.g Europe, Asia, South America), BUD currently have:
- $22m of (guaranteed) contractual minimums
- $30m of minimum expected value
- $20m LOI (UK)
I had thought Telstra had crystallized into a contractual minimum, however that is actually not currently the case. It may be that occurs when we see the agreement officially released?!
Hope this clears it up!
I personally don’t put too much emphasis on the above. Rather, I think the most significant factor is how quickly BUD’s distribution network can facilitate the install of Ohms around the world. It would be great to know what the global network will be capable of - 50-100 installs a week? 500? 1,000?!?
