Novo would need a environmental permit to locate any kind of plant on Comet Wells. Novo says the plant will be up and running by mid-march. No way you can get an environmental permit in that time frame. My guess is the bulk sample plant will be located at Radio Hill and will process both Artemis and Novo bulk tonnage permits, 20,000 for Artemis and 10,000 for Novo. Water is the key - especially if ore has clay in it. Last week was negotiation on who pays for what. Artemis is at a cash disadvantage and might need the Sheiks help. One way or another the Purdy's project will move forward rapidly.
