    I don't think there is any need for concern regarding the shares coming out of escrow.

    The only thing may be Nick's ~300M shares being tradable on the 9th Feb, however I do not think he will be offloading it onto the market (it won't benefit him or the company). As also mentioned by Day, at the AGM Nick mentioned if he were to sell, it would be to a strategic partner, I was also there when he said it.

    As for the performance shares, we should all be over the moon when they are issued because that means business is booming (EBITDA of $5M, $10M, $15M, $20M). There would be buyers jumping infront of each other to buy them all up, if the directors even want to sell them

    This may not be an accurate comparison, but I'd imagine if they are issuing class C and D performances share, we'd be up there with Big Un. Probably around 30c, considering Big Un is at $3.66 with ~10-11x less shares than us. This is purely my opinion.any
