Not too many other directors have destroyed a company, which was making profits and had so much potential but wasted on over priced takeover acquisitions and a flawed business model by introducing and rolling out a franchise network???
I hope ASIC has a good hard look at the sale of a director related company to Commander which brought it to its knees.
