Surely this move wouldn't be on unless they thought there was a fair likelihood of it succeeding. This would imply that they may already have a number of the other major shareholders on side. It could be very damaging for the Andreas camp if they fail so it is most likely they already have undertaking of support amongst a number of large SH. Alternatively it may be a screw to put pressure on the current board to make various changes to their thinking? I think more likely option 1.
