64% successful! Wow! Isn't VCR's 85% using the carefully worded criteria?

Thoratic will get the Ok if the panel ignores the 64% success rate and I would think if that happens then there is one rule for US companies and another for anyone else.

VCR devices is by far the better, however I can't comment on the number of HM2 units installed - a statistical analysis might reveal that the HM2 is on a par with VCR's unit...

Still, if TH fail to get the nod, it will raise the stakes - VCR might even get in there first?
