Looks to me like they are cleaning up the books for whatever reason?
IMO, Peter Lloyd would probably like to get these 2 deals done, and dispose of AGY for takeover. He is in his early 60s I believe, and has been with this company for many years. The only way he will ever profit from his 10 million or so shares and options is thru takeover.
Or perhaps I am just wishing that this is the case.
