The risk I agree is sovereignty.
However there are some big bets being laid atm.
LSG, JP Morgan, HSBC and Xstrata.
Time will tell. I'm tipping a lot of countries might come round when it comes to wealth creation and improvement in living standards. Of course some pockets will need to be lined.
