madcatty.. fair enougn, you win some and you lose some....
for me I am finding that being TOTALLY wrong is really getting to me, if I was slightly off, then it wouldn't bother me..
eg. hypothetical: I am looking for a house. I am prepared to pay $500k for it, I do lots of research, and I think a house is worth $500k and may consider it, I find out that it sold for Scenario 1: $400k or Scenario 2: $600k.
if either scenarios happeneded. I would sincerely look at my skills, and go back to the drawing board...
if it sold for $490 or $510k then I was close enough.. I would be happy......
am I making sense...is it just me??
