I understand to a degree how the ASX works, I have often written to them seeking clarification on why they came to the decisions they have or why they didn't act when I believe they should have. Let me say their responses have left me underwhelmed.

Anyway I do not know who is advising GSW but they should be telling them to get on the front foot and bring in changes before ASX tells them to do it.

I would bring out an announcement asap saying it has come to their attention that their is some confusion in the market place on how GSW operates. I would present broker reports on that and then outline exactly how GSW approach works its advantages and limitations.

I would then go onto say GSW team and board is greatly distressed that investors may not fully understand their business and they have implemented new protocols around announcements whereby the business will explain GSW in relation to each new announcement so that even some with no knowledge of GSW can make an informed decision from each and every update.

Then say they look forward to working with the ASX to implement any changes they see fit so GSW can set the gold standard on the ASX.

My worry is that rather than taking it on themselves to improve they will try arguing with the ASX and that's an argument they cant win and might see current management end up being ex management.

Train wreck incoming when trade opens. Down to 30c IMO which is fair value for their rev.
