With regards to the AGM agitator. I initially assumed he was a FAS related party but after a while it became unclear. Probably FAS but possibly also a disgruntled GWR shareholder. GWR have done many dodgy things in the past...
Sure did waste a heck of a lot of time though which was unfortunate, though some of his questions were pertinent.
I guess unless someone who was at the meeting to the end pops by on here, we will only know the result when they announce it on the ASX.
There is also a reasonable possibility that the meeting may have been adjourned to another day if the polling / vote count was taking too long.
Don't get me wrong, the guy asking all the questions did have good knowledge around his rights at AGM, but some of this questions/statements were either misguided or designed to influence those in attendance.
We shall all see soon enough I'm sure! ;)
Quite a few colourful looking characters at the meeting too! It was pretty clear which side of the room the FAS supporters were sitting in.. :P
