Timing here is a point. Here's a pattern. CHM First complained by faxes / phone calls to management when MMX were discovering their reserves and moving into the big league.

Time floated by then CHM complained through the media a few months back around the time the Mitsu deal was going down.

Now CHM apparently on Monday will complain on the cusp of the MIS t/o.

Whoever is supplying them the money to fester this legal noise has a plan to play. If this is to go the next step you need to prove a case and that's like a pre-trial.

Given the obvious and absurdly disproportionate legal resources of CHM vs MMX + Mitsubishi the smart money flows MMX as we stand.
