Quarterly report imminent, page-23

I note this company has a following of a significant number of angry investors. Can see why with the share price crushed over the years with failure after failure to excite the market. They raised their own bar too high and always fall short. Market hates that. The Mac takeover another major failure of the Board who was in favour of it. The normal procedure for board who recommends a takeover which is voted down by its shareholders....is to resign as they do not have the trust of its shareholders. Looking at the high salaries of some of these directors you have to wonder are they working for the shareholders or themselves???
