I agree with above - MMX picked up tenements fair and square and CHM looking to plunder them based on an expired agreement after having put in nothing.

Even IF it was a genuine claim - the unexplored tenement would be worth only a few hundred thousand before we knew what was there - and CHM have done NOTHING and paid NOTHING towards anything - so most commercial agreements would entitle them to less than 10% to end of exploration phase and about 1% at production. More business sharks from Sydney - I suppose they need to be because they know sweet FA about mining and only understand paper-shuffling.
