There was no question regarding 22kV costs. Read the posts please. Yes oil-filled joints are still done, but not on newly installed assets because nobody installs new oil-filled cable. I'm not going to bother responding any more because you just want to argue to prove you know something. My estimates provide a reasonable upper limit without knowing more detail on what is required, that's all anyone on this thread needs to know. It would likely be a lot cheaper. Already been through all this.
