Yes strategy differs from differing risk profile. Some strategy requires patience but all strategy stress on protecting any potential gain in place? Your NST hold since IPO is a good example that if you try to replicate that in the gold space, would time be the fruits of your rewards? I see plenty holding gold stocks would have been wiped out while NST made its independent appearance with those former batch of gold holders riding their stock exposure to the moon then to the floor where they still resides!

If you flip the monthly IBG chart it tells a very sad and sorry state of events ever since the euphoric days pre-GFC. For IBG, in all that time of exponential rise and fall to the pits of GFC, the stock is now very close to the GFC low!!!

12 years on and the 'world class' tag started appearing way before I got in and as I took hold of my LT view at the time post GFC, I remember 34C scaling very well in 2010. I averaged down and managed to crawl back some of the losses on paper before another attempt at the same level. It was a CR that destroyed the bullish sentiment. I took my losses offsetting cap gains from elsewhere instead of stubbornly putting it at the bottom drawer. Never in my wildest dream could I have imagined that price had the potential to test the GFC low and there is every chance of testing the 2016 low too!

Those who were lucky enough to get in at the circa 3C range and got greedy would be kicking themselves? 6Mil is a lot of money to raise this time and one can only view this as financing some type development. In all this time my issue was always the top 2 holders and specifically Glencore having survived their own financial positions a few years ago came back into this sector strongly and seems to be expanding their Zinc operations by passing IBG. Why is that? The supposedly world class resource is exactly what the likes of Glencore prefers.

Technically but not always prices usually falls back to the CR price which seems to be the case. Those complaining of not able to participate will now get their chance. How will price react if it should fall into the 6.2C? That would depend how the current batch of new share holders deem the future potential? If it is mums and dads SI, then I can sense ST thinking as opposed to insto who are buying using OPM so they may have more incentives. Good luyck to those who are buying at the lows.
