This is common in NY with the government there throwing c.$750m a year at job creation objectives. The counties all compete directly for their slice and the priority job creation projects receive funding.

Beginning of 2018 and we have Shailesh promoting Imperium3 NY at the first Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Committee meeting. Don’t be surprised to see this as a priority project for Broome County and the Southern Tier.

It’s now a race for Cuomo and NY’s dollars for IM3NY and we have a whole NY region backing the project.
