Fosters Stockbroking update on PLS:
Recommendation:
· We maintain our Buy recommendation while our 12-month price target has increased to $1.12 up from $1.04, in-line with our revised valuation.
· Catalysts for the share price include:
First DSO sales;
Commissioning of process plant;
First shipment of spodumene concentrate;
DFS results of Stage 2;
and Upgrade in JORC Reserves.
