The bull will say that the market has turned and they are going to start marketing the segment again. But I think realistically, given that Neil has a marketing head not a carrier billing head, the ann will be something like selling the segment or updating expectations from the recurring tail of billing transactions.
I obviously have no idea which it will be, but given the fact that they haven't made any new carrier billing sales in probably 12 months, I probably err on the side of the ann being positive.
