Dont they have to give 28 days notice to call a shareholder meeting?
so if this WGX deal expires on the 28th Feb - then whats happening?
surely they have to call the meeting today / tomorrow or thursday....
which surely means that they have to have all or most of the information at hand to sway us to accept - they surely have to give us a report this week?
