    Mate it was an outcome from the AGM when shareholders asked that announcements be more in depth and detailed. Now we get great details in the announcements and people still complain?

    Perhaps if more companies gave as much detail, and regular as BIG, investors would be better re - assured. I for one read this twice and its probably the best understanding I have yet of how its all coming together. Couldn't of asked for more.

    Many years ago when I was involved in marketing in Australia, we as "The company" had two motives for visiting customers. One being service/retention/point of contact, the other most definitely upselling. I guarantee BIG has run all the numbers and the personal visits will pay for themselves. Just as an example, if you own a store with 1000 customers, and $250,000 in sales per week, and you want to increase that to $275,000 that seems like a huge effort. But the reality is you only need an extra $25 from each customer.

    I hate it when I go to the checkout with my bottle of "rum" and the operator says, will that be all? Of course I can't think of anything else........ She/he should say, Do you need any mixers or ice with that, chocolates for the kids, cigarettes? Oh yes of course I do! I think this is what we will be seeing with these personal visits, upselling and getting word out/uptake of the app.
