I have to respectfully disagree with you @kittymittens

I don't like any listed company that doesn't take the time to communicate effectively with shareholders. What this announcement tells me is; "Hey we're doing a one-to-one marketing campaign so operating costs are going to be higher". They have openly explained what they are doing and how it will benefit the business. This is first class communication and imo a lot of the companies with larger market caps should respect their share holders enough to perform this service as well.

Not aiming this at anyone so please don't take offense because I love my fellow BIG holders, I think you're all extremely smart for buying shares in this business. There are too many people just wanting some crazy announcement telling the market when the rocket ship is going to the moon and they don't understand that creating a great business takes a lot of work. I am almost certain that there will be people sledging the increase in costs that will come from the experiential marketing campaign however this is a service that is going to push this business to the next level.
