Well we were all wondering what they would do with the ever growing pile of cash in the bank...
I think a video will be part of the welcome pack. I seriously think that the opportunity to get in front of the customer face to face is going to be a great decision. It'll cost us now but the loyalty that will come from it is going to keep the revenue coming in for years.
