look at it this way, tax rev is about 7 billion thats 7,000 million.

how many do they say die each year from tobacco related diseases.....11,000?

thats not a bad trade, dont tell me each smoker admitted to hospital costs more than 500 grand a year, plus we die earlier saving heaps on pensions.its win win for the non smokers....lol

as for the AMA ,its so politicised its useless as an objective source, in fact i think the deaths p.a from medical incompetence is around 18,000 and perm disabled ab out 35,000.

lot safer as soldier in iraq or afghanistan :)
