Tough conditions in Australia/NZ likely to lead to less profit from that division in a couple of years because of less PDL purchases/investment. So it was smashed for this.
I also think the market may also have been pricing in another upgrade for FY18 so smashed for that too.
Really, really disappointing in terms of share price, however as the US and lending continues to grow the natural diversification will help smooth out these occurrences in the future.
I thought this was one stock I owned that was in the bag this half, obviously not! Great performance, though outlook less rosy for core of the business.
