Rusina Mining ships 1,000 tonnes of saprolite from Acoje mines in Philippines

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Rusina Mining NL said the saprolite drilling at Acoje mines in Philippines has been completed and that it has shipped 1,000 tonnes of bulk sample of saprolite ore in November for 98,000 usd.
The mining company said its Santa Cruz port in Philippines is complete and ready for ship side loading. It expects to load 10,000 tonnes ships directly by January 2008.
Further, it has signed two free on board (FOB) bulk shipments, one with a Chinese buyer for shipment of 50,000 tonnes of 1.2 pct nickel between Nov 15 to Dec 15, and the other with an Australian buyer for 50,000 tonnes of 1.35 pct nickel and between Nov 1, to Feb 28, 2008.
