Their website has mentioned they’ve been looking for board addition to specifically run the projects for a while now, which I think wasn’t the case for the past two acquisitions.
The latest project looks promising. If it turns out bad then so be it, only a few pips loss. But the upside is huge. That’s how one should roll.
