It's obvious Alan Studley was bringing a degree of rigour to the table. It's interesting that nobody claimed at any time that he wasn't doing a good job!
Meanwhile the false stories being peddled about supposed threats to ADO are truly lacking in rigour.
If @secondsight starts digging with his lawyer he might not end up with the answers he is looking for.
He's not the only one who might have ligitation possibilities and the reason they haven't been used is probably due to a sense of decency about what is best for shareholders. I think the Chairman has behaved far more decently than you recognise. Let's hope you don't all learn the hard way.
At least @ds is calling for Geoff Cummings to step down. A wise conclusion (an an inevitiable one).
He is also calling for non interference in the Board by Richard Martin. Ditto.
