Well, I'm home and it's good to be here in one piece, minus a little bark and a possible cracked rib .

Syz hit the bitumen this afternoon from his Yamaha Jupiter doing 45km. Not uncommon in Vietnam. In fact, I'm afraid to say that this is the third twist of fate in one year, and the second in a week, but the first to actually taste dirt.

Now, before you all think that my riding must be as reckless as my trading, it is not a matter of 'if,' but 'when.' The only 'if' is if you survive to tell the tale .

I am constantly learning lessons about riding a bike here, even though I don't have a doctorate in chaos theory, although I have passed first year's apprenticeship on the ASX .

In fact, the similarities between surving on Vietnamese roads and trading the ASX pennies are striking. But I'll leave that for the weekend after I've had time to regroup my egos.
