Beside the money AH stands to make I also think they are keen to do it to enhance their reputation in bringing one of Austrtalia's biggest litigation claims to court
(and winning). While most are focusing on the claim againt MMX, the claims and damages against the other listed parties are no small potatoes. AH is looking for a few landmark decisions and the kudos that goes with it.
