Does anyone know what TTY's cash costs are to produce each tonne of ore, or more specifically what their margin per tonne is?
To state the obvious, if they continue to sell it for $75/tonne and their margin is say $30/tonne, and they deliver to their plan of 3mtpa, that gives a gross margin of $90m p.a. Let's say that equates to $50m after corporate overheads & tax.
With a market cap of $316m (i.e. P/E of 6), you'd have to think that TTY are cheap....if they can ramp up to the 3mtpa as stated.
