ocker may i suggest you re read the agm chairmans address,as he says on page 4 the open data room was not a vulture driven fire sale .rather abn amro were engaged to look at ways of reducing the bank debt,via a new cornerstone investor or a full takeover.neither of which reached the agreement of mgt re.providing full shareholder value.mgt is what will make or break cdr.
