THIS HERE WOULD BE THE BEST SOLUTION HOW WE CAN ASSURE, THAT EACH OF OUR VOTE WILL BE CORRECTLY EXECUTED ON THE UPCOMING AGM FROM TGS!
For everyone who wants to vote against the "spa" and who will have a valid vote on the agm!
Steps to be part of tgs' following agm in which we also have to decide (voting against spa!) wheather the spa goes through or not:
First of all, one here should ask ASA (Australian Shareholders' Association) if they will attend on the following agm from tgs. If they will attend, we all can take them as our proxy for voting against the spa!
1. One of you guys here should ask ASA if they will monitoring the upcoming tgs-agm this year:

2. If ASA will attend, all shareholders which can't attend on the agm personally should register here on computershare:

3. appoint the ASA as your standing proxy:
