    What do you mean $80m in issued or likely to be issued capital?
    There are around 55.5m shares and around 7.5m options and partly paid shares.

    I agree the win not only helps investors understand the economics behind the litigation funding business model but it gives them the capital to recycle into their pipeline.

    They are still underfunded in my view but the thing LCA has done very well is to keep tight control on costs. I personally think the market would reward them very well if they were to do a deal similar financing arrangement as IMF. That would prove to investors that they could fund their pipeline of cases and increase growth faster than their current business model (recycling their own capital) allows them.
