Can be read several ways.

Completion of Substantial acquisition and CR, or

Completion of Substantial acquisition AND CR - being two different elements.

Given cash at bank, the (substantial) acquisition is more than likely performance based buy in. Low outlay with exploration required over time, earning % and payment of royalties on production - like we have with Terrativa at Salobo.

This would require a CR, to further fund the requirements of the acquisition. This CR will also fund drilling SW..

IMO I'm guessing a local acquisition that will see us have year round exploration and not hindered by Brazil wet seasons..

Focus shifted from IO to IOCG at the right time - maybe a shift to Li??

Either way it appears the MC is about to add up to 50% to current levels I would think.. Sell orders being pulled and lifted up the queue - always a good sign

Given a few red days, plenty of ppl will be looking to get on anything with a positive price sensitive ANN come Friday..
