AH has effectively PAID to take the case by purchasing 'out of the money' options and if they exercise those option it will have costed them $6.2M which goes into CHM's cash box. Additionally, all risk of taking this action to court has been effectively transferred to AH

Which is what AH shud have known before taking up the case. Now I dont know if MMX and CHM win.....debate will be interesting...what I want to point out is...
we can not ignore CHM's claim as no one wants to waste their time.
Agree lawyers get paid regardless the outcome but this is not
cash payment....it will be waste of time and effort/brand for the
lawyers if they had a hopeless case on hand.....all I want to say
is we can not ignore the claim and let the courts decide...but
i suspect MMX sp will suffer the longer this drags...
