some non-technical information here... at the EGM (not the AGM but ~ 2 months prior) Con (Galtos) stated to the audience that HE WOULD NOT SELL ANY SHARES allocated to himself UNTIL THE SHARE PRICE REACHED $1.20 (at that time SP was 12c)... and he looked like he meant it..
