try this..get oils if you can..(NBD_AirPong)
30% black musk
35% sandlewood
35% rose geranium

Mix in that order,,,do not mix in reverse!!!!
reaction will not happen...!!!!!

If you can get some,,,lemmon balm,,,crush
and put inbowls,,,,put some 10 drops of the
"AirPong",,over the greenery....Place somewhere in room...

and put either on of these on...they do both down and up!!!!!
