If l get wind of either a capital raising or a consolidation, l am selling up and moving on. The Varm/Cosmo deal is the deal maker so far as l am concerned. If that comes to fruition as stated, the income should make the company cash flow positive thereby negating the need for future dilution. The message here is do not milk your shareholders dry or whittle away their current holdings through devious consolidations. This is not a bottomless money pit. Test the market at your peril.
