You are kidding yourself. It is a further delay. They are forecasting expences based on drilling to resume in early march. There is only one reason for this and that is because drilling is planned to resume early march now. That resumption is probably contingent on securing further funding. Not sure too many people would trust DC with their money. We've already paid him three times for something he has not delivered.
