The simple reason I am told by my friend who is Chartered Accountant
Is that it is exactly 12 MONTHS since COB went Public and then Floated on ASX
so
Shareholders who sell after 12 months only pass tax on 50% Capital gain
So everyone has been waiting to sell and realize their 350% profits this week
PLUS they need to wait another 3 months to sell the Options OR pay money and convert their options to share and sell if they want to pay low tax on huge gain on options
Simple Reason for Decline ( and reason it will increase)
