So 88 million shares left to convert.
As each US$10 million converts the existing shareholders are being diluted in smaller and small increments. The alternate view is the MC of LYC just increased by about A$28 million.
Based on completing all the conversions in the Convertible Bond Facility, the MC will be approximately A$1.4 billion based on today's share price. Is that high or low, guess time will tell after all the conversions are done.
