Usually i would agree with that value argument, however there are underlying reasons for recent share price pull backs. They lost an important doctor who was a leader in the field, they have lost some market share to a more competitive sector, and p/e and dividend rates are backward looking, prefer to look at forward pe and try and predict dividend based on future guidance.
