Definitely know how you feel, I was in the red with a2m by $5000 which is alot to me this time last year when it swan dived from $2.30 to $1.70 and emotions make you sell. Set and forget mate!
Fast forward a year OMG i wish i could buy more at $2.30 but I didnt sell when i was in the red that deep! I held on and sold when it rocketed to $3 and then it rocketed to $4 and I was emotional again because of what a fool i was for selling so quick, fast forward a year it just went to $8.45 this morning!
The best way to beat the instos is to make use of their swan dive and dirty tricks. Like I said, topped up in that dip at $7.90, cheering yesterday, cheering more today
