    Hi Sync,

    Great pick-up.

    After re-reading I think you are right and I stand corrected. I got fooled by the paragraph about "raising 120 million yuan" and assumed it was a new raise. Also in light of the fact they have been in a TH themselves pending details of a capital restructure, I was too quick to assume they would need to raise funds.
