They claim to be serving more than 700,000 customers per day. Imagine just a small percentage of that number eating Murray cod (1%?). If the trial goes well and they start signing deals I wouldn't be surprised to see 200-300 tonnes of fish going to them alone each year.
Based on some rough figures of say $20 sale price minus $10 (cost of goods sold) that's $10 x 300,000 kgs = $3,000,000 gross profit.
If they can meet the demand this company has a very, very bright future. Long term hold with patience required.
Only negative is probably a cap raise on the horizon very soon.
